Colored boards, pre-script development boards, and flexibility. O’Connor prefers to tailor the formatting and style of the boards to each project. He likes to draw them digitally, and compile them with the production shotlists. Whatever the project type; animation, live-action, experimental, even graphic novels— O’Connor is game to draw some boards.
